ORDERS will be processed within one day of notification of receipt of payment.
SHIPPING: We will usually ship within 10-14 days of the receipt of your order and payment on all non-personalized items. If a longer shipping time is required, the customer will be notified, and a confirmation will be required. Most of our products are crafted or manufactured at the time of purchase. We do not inventory most items due to the color choices, etc., available.
Shipping Note: Prism Associates-Yours Outdoors.com will not be responsible for service and transit times. This information will be provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods.
SHIPPING INSURANCE is optional (based upon location and shipping service)
SHIPPING via UPS will be GROUND 3 day service unless otherwise directed by the customer. Calculated shipping prices are for shipments within CONUS (Continental US). UPS shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will be charged any additional amounts and will be confirmed at the time of purchase. Charges for shipments outside the USA will be calculated at the time of purchase.
SELLERS RETURN POLICY Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt and will be at the customer's expense.
REFUNDS will be given as MONEY BACK within 7 working days of the receipt of the returned item.
PREFERRED PAYMENT METHOD is PayPal through the link within our website. Shipping and handling is NOT included in the selling price.
SALES TAX Sales Tax will be charged to all items shipped to MA ( 5.00%)
ALTERNATIVE PAYMENT METHODS: PERSONAL CHECKS, CASHIER'S CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS are accepted and may be made payable to Prism Associates-Yours Outdoors, P.O. Box 1005, Pembroke, MA 02359-1005. Orders will be processed upon receipt of notification that funds have cleared our bank (Sovereign Bank, Pembroke, MA). Orders will be held until the payment has been processed.
